Healing from Headaches
I came to Heidi on the recommendation of an acquaintance when I was suffering from the lingering results of a nasty concussion. It had been 4 months since my accident and I was still suffering from vertigo and violent headaches. While the physical therapy I had completed, had helped some, I was still not returned to a pre-concussion condition.
I also had back issues that had hampered my lifestyle for years. I would often spend days at a time suffering pain and numbness if I dared to lift or carry anything over 15 to 20 pounds.
I noticed an immediate change after my first visit to Heidi. The most immediate change I noticed was the absence of vertigo and the ability to sleep soundly and awaken without pain.
I continued to see Heidi for about two and a half months on a weekly basis.
I had noticed that I was feeling better and better, but it was my daughter that noticed how much stronger I had become, when I was able to assist her in packing and moving several heavy items, without having to ‘pay’ for it in spasms and pain.
